Vent excess energy into your transwarp device!
Transwarp Turbocharging increases the charging rate of transwarp devices by 20% per level, up to a maximum of 100% resulting in your transwarp recharging in only 5 minutes from the usual 10. It costs 50 Skill Points per level, as well as 1 billion credits for the first level, 2 billion for the next, etc up to 5 billion credits for the fifth.
There is also Advanced Transwarp Navigation available that increases the maximum jump range of your transwarp device.
