Solar Radiation can be obtained in two ways, the first way is to scoop up the glowing debris under the Solar Collection Drones around the star The Inferno found within Infernal Tempest. The second way is to obtain an Infernal Battery through a fabrication mission in Infernal Tempest which will require Solar Radiation in the first place, while equipped, this energy will produce Solar Radiation as a waste.
It is used to fabricate Infernal Cells through a mission in Infernal Tempest, and has no other use.
