Rock Hudson is a level 350 uber flying an Oversized Tortoise, he can be found roaming around the right side of Earthforce Space. He will attack lower leveled players and their assets on sight.
He will deploy several Rock's Modified Acme Combat Drones followed by several Rock's Modified Lipo Drones. He's also not afraid of attacking bases and permanent drones and can often overpower low tech bases easily.
