Resistant is a Tech 22 Super Item inbuilt onto the Resistance.
It activates a "Resistant" tweak, which increases your resistance against all damage types(except transference) by +15% for 10 seconds, and reduces your max speed by -25% for 15 seconds. These can be affected by Neuro Tweaking.
The item requires a charge time of 60 seconds and recharges at a rate of 100/s.
