The center of Kalthi Depths, The Paxian Stronghold is a system where players may prepare themselves and acquaint themselves with the Paxian fleet before braving the space beyond the Paxians' control. Was formerly called Kalthi Stronghold when the layer was called Perilous Perilous Space.
