Infernal Cells are fabricated in batches of 5 for the cost of 7 Solar Radiation, 4 Xeno Isotopes and 4 Neutron Rods through a mission at Infernal Tempest.
Used as fuel for the Infernal Supercollider energy, to train Piracy and to create a few Infernal items through missions in Infernal Tempest.
