A cleaned Unclean Imperial Seal by using a Imperial Polishing Machine.
Imperial Seal are given to the team that takes Emperor and can be used to train special skills such as Ion Conduit and Bloodthirst. They can also be awarded for doing something in-game that the admins decide deserves an award, such as the discovery of the purpose of the skill astral injection. King Midas might drop Imperial seals once in a while. Quite a few endgame Ubers drop Tarnished Imperial Chests as well, which open into Unclean Imperial Seals for you to clean and use for whatever you like.
