Barbe Noire is an infamous pirate uber flying a Rosmarinus, he can be found as the boss in a random dungeon in Earthforce Space.

He drops the special Rosmarinus Blueprint and the commodity to build one, Barbe Noire (Commodity) (not to be confused with the actual uber).
