Valentin Zagon is the boss of the Lady Kelvin galaxy and pilots the mighty IGOR Powermax 2000. He a level 122 renegade member of the IGOR Corporation, along with several other of his goldenboy statue cronies on the IGOR Misfits team. A mission chain leads up to a confrontation with him, but be warned; his ship is immune to all damage types except surgical.
