It1 or UN CIC was initially a councilor on the CIS back in its heyday previous to that he was an officer on the United Trade Federation prior to its collapse. Initially left the game for a year and then came back joining Kushan where he became an officer. Several months after that he began sharing the account with It2 (his brother) and they ran the account as a joint effort with It2 making primary advances with the character its equipment, levels, skills, and equipment. Then It2 departed from the game for a few months while It1 continued to run the account until the collapse of Kushan. Upon then It2 came back and put UN CIC on Aero in which the character has stayed. It1 departed the game and no longer plays it. It2 has taken full ownership of the account and has leveled it significantly and turned it into a very powerful endgame seer.
