Rackham is an Uber AI that resides in Bonnet, hiding in his personal galaxy, Rackham. He flies his Rackham's Parsley and multi-fires three Rackham's Bigger Pulses. He is primarily killed to obtain the commodity and blueprint to build the Rackham's Bigger Pulse. His commodity is also used to obtain Space Blue Delta Fighters from the Blue Baron in Blue Outpost.
