The Pax Celestica is a Tech 12 Support Freighter obtained through the Paxius mission chain in which you explore many galaxies. These galaxies include Lavanite, XYZ, Iq' Bana, and Deflector, among others.

They can also be obtained by a mission chain at Mira, for dealing with the UrQa that the Paxians had blockaded.

They spawn inside Paxius, at a rate of two every 10 to 15 minutes. They cannot be captured, but may be radexed.
