Docking speed

Docking speed is the max speed a ship can dock at. Docking speed is calculated by taking the a ship's default max speed and dividing it by two and round it to the nearest 10. So Hotrod with Top Speed of 163 /2 would be a Docking Speed of 80.
Only Docking Speed augmods can modify docking speed.
