Contracosta is the first galaxy in the Contracosta DG chain, and it is here that you will find the only known source of Kendalite in the entire universe! Asteroids containing this rare resource can be found circling the sun here, Kendal IV. It is also in this galaxy that you will first encounter a rival Ganglinite research team known as Koto Research. If a pilot is a bit careless when traveling to Twist and Twirl, they could end up as space dust when they get ambushed by the Koto Research Micro Zebu ambush!
